How much of a varied diet do you feed?

I'm cycling my tank now, so I'm prepping.

I've got two different types of flakes, one pellet, a couple of frozen foods, and setting up a Baby Brine Shrimp hatchery. Seems like a lot to me, but the more I read - I'm finding out that a varied diet is best.

How many different types of food do you feed?

2 - 3 types in my community tank. Right now a combo of flakes, sinking pellets, and frozen.

I have pellets, spirlina flakes, freeze dried blood worms, sun dried shrimp, sinking snail pellets(my fish eat them too), and fresh veggies(spinach, zucchini, green beans, broccoli)

I feed bug bites, micro pellets and flake, as well as sometimes feeding egg yolk. Once in awhile I'll throw in some veggies.

Feed mine flakes every morning and something different every evening. Start Monday with tubifex, tetramin granules, bloodworms, daphnia, brine shrimp, mealworm flakes and on Sunday frozen food

California Blackworms, Daphnia, Fruit Flies, Mosquito Larva, Scuds, White Worms. All live sustaining cultures except for mosquitoe larva which are harvested as eggs and grown into larva or frozen if they start to develop into tumblers. Cultures get a varied diet too...spurulina, brewers yeast, potato flake, flour, oatmeal, old fish food, and dog food. Some of these cultures have established themselves in the fish tank which I think is neat but some people may not like that. That said, 80% of what my fish eat is fish flake and pellets. I happen to have NorthFin and New Life Spectrum right now but I'm not above Wardley flakes if the fish will eat it. Shrimps get shrimp pellets and alge wafers. I see them eating a lot of stuff so they probably get a lot more. Snails get alge wafers and green beans but it's a total mystery to me what they actually eat. I never get the same brand of food two times in a row and alway have two different options. All prepared foods stay in the fridge and I never feed my fish food that's been open for more than 3 months. I don't really care for frozen food. They're too much of a PITA.

Besides blood worms or mosquito larvae, I feed my guys supermarket sea food (like shrimp and fish). The small frozen packets I used to get (frozen brine shrimp, etc.) became too expensive at the rate I was using the items. Supermarket shrimp and fish is cheaper.

NorthFin pellets and what's left of the New Life Spectrum pellets (switching to NorthFin).

I used to feed my Pleco algae wafers, but every time I drop wafers in, my fish just gobbled up the wafers whole...... I've tried many methods to get the algae wafer to the Pleco, but I've pretty much given up. Pleco eats whatever I feed my other fish. Vegetable clips don't work either. Fish will tear any vegetable I put apart from the clip and make a huge mess.
