I think that depends on your fish type and what kind of frozen foods. It is good to very the diet your fish has whether it is an omnivore or herbavore or a little of each. My cichlids are carnivores, so I feed them 3 cubes of mystic shrimp and one cube of beef heart in the morning and a good staple pellet at night. It is good to make sure that they will still edat pellets, because there is nutrician and roughage in pellets that they are not going to get anywhere else.

The same principles apply to frozen as they do for flakes etc. No more than they can consume in 2-3 minutes (IMO).

It does depend on what fish and what kind of food though.

A little tip on frozen food though - try and present it in small enough pieces that they can still eat it. (i.e. cut/chop it up fine for smaller fish) I've found my fish find it 'too much like hard work' and spit it out. Then it sits on the substrate and has to be vac'd out the next day.
