How Much And How Often To Feed My Peacock Eel?

My research says that peacock eels only eat every week, sometimes every two weeks. I've been feeding Beaker half of an earthworm every other day. He goes crazy for earthworms, but only picks at the bloodworms and isn't interested in brine shrimp at all. He's about 10" in length. Am I overfeeding him? Any suggestions for how to vary his diet a bit?
