How many times a day to feed cichlids

How many times a day should I feed me 13 African cichlids? They range from 2 inch to 4 inch in size.
They are peacocks

 

Once or twice a day is plenty. With young fish that are still growing more feedings is good but once their growth slows or stops altogether, once a day is good. I only feed my adult Africans once a day in the evening. I often skip a feeding here and there, perhaps once a week.

 

Up to you. Right now for said size cichlids I am feeding them four times a day.

 

What do you guys feed them?

 

I feed all my fish, including African Cichlids, only 1x a day.
You'll be able to calculate the proper amount of food to be fed, making sure no food sinks to the substrate.

I had a bunch of marine fish food left over so I fed them that for a long while, then now swapped to New Life Spectrum UltraRed regular pellets.
