How many root tabs per plant?

I'm going to add Crypto Wendtii to my 10g tank.

How many root tabs do I need to plant around it in the substrate each time? This is the only plant that I'll have, that needs root tabs.

Usually 1 should be fine, depending on size. Flourish root tabs are decently sized to just use 1 per plant. Anymore than 2 in one spot I feel would be unnecessary though

Being it’s a 10g tank just one should be enough. Is this the first plant in the tank?

No; second. The other one, Anubias Nana Petite is already in. Was going to get the Crypt next week.

I put them halfway between the root bed of one plant and the next to encourage them to grow out. Except for difficult rooted plants. Then just one.
