How many Orange Rice Fish in a 20 gallon?

Where can I get orange rice fish. The the website I usually use (aquatic arts) is sold out. Also how many can I put in a 20 gallon tall.

I'd wait for them to get them back in stock honestly. It usually only takes a week or two. For a 20 tall I would only do 8-10
