How Many Male Guppies?

In a male guppy only tank, what's a good number of fish to stock so that the fish are comfortable and happy and not stressed out in a 10 gallon tank?

BottomDweller I'm not entirely sure about guppies

I've heard that 4-5 males is the optimal number to keep in a 10-gallon tank.

for a 10 gallon 5 is your golden number! make sure it has hiding spots

They do best in groups of 6+
5 is the golden number but 6 would be fine amount for a little school

Up to 6.

But they are not schooling and do not need to be kept in groups. Occasionally males can be a little aggressive towards one another so it is best to have a few to spread out any aggression .

Thank you for all the replies. I'll be sure to add more hiding spots. There are at least two pretty good sized ones as it is. I think if I add in more plants they should be happy.

I have 5 plus a rabbit snail in my 10 gallon and I wouldn’t want to add any more. They are a bit aggressive with each other and the snail.
