How many live bloodworms for Plakat Koi betta

Hey guys,
I was wondering how many Live Bloodworms I should feed my Female Plakat Koi Betta. I would say she is almost fully grown but still is on her way to 3inches.

I feed frozen blood worms and do about 4. i use a pipet and just squirt some out so I never really count lol.

Oh ok sounds good I'll probably start with 2-3 then up it as I go

2-4 is a decent range as their stomachs are about the size of their eye.
