You're severly overstocked.
You should have no more than two 8 inch koi with heavy filtration in a 125g pond.

Having two koi in that size of a pond is pushing it, really, even with heavy filtration.
Keeping the pond from being overstocked will pay off in the way of happier and healtier fish.

another think you could do is replace the koi with fantails? then you may be able to keep your other fish. I could be wrong though.

My pond is about 120-140 gals and I have 12 goldfish (some up to 12-14 inches long) two chinese algae eaters and a pleco as well as several dozen mosquito fish. The Koi are a bit more sensitive than the goldfish to lower oxygen levels. I wouldn't put more fish in yours since you have Koi unless you supplement the oxygen levels with a major waterfall or a pond aerator. About how deep is your pond? Koi don't need depth so much as they need room to swim side to side.
