How many can I have safely stocked in a 45G high?

Don’t have anything stocked as of yet. Will want to add some type of tetras and a center piece eventually but just wanting to start off with the Cory’s.

Cory's need to be kept in groups of 6 minimum, so at least that many.
I guess it really depends on how many other fish you wanted, to determine the max number of corys.

I think you could easily add 10-12.

Huge Cory fan here. I have 20Ts with 6 each, sub-species depending on temperature of the tank.

So in a 40T, 12 would be fine.

What are the dimensions of the tank?

    45s are either 36” or 48” long.

    Saying it’s a high makes me think it’s 36”.

I have 6 albinos in there now just wanted to know how many more I could add. Plan on adding a school of smaller tetras(10-12) and then something like a Bolivian Ram.

    10 - 12 would be great.
