I put a 5 gallon internal filter, new, inside my cycled 33 gal. hex to speed up cycling my new 5 gallon. How long will it take for the good bacteria to establish itself using cycled tank?

A few days to a few weeks at most. You can put a bit of fish foon in the back of the filter to speed it along.

Even thought the new filter is in a cycled tank?

in addition to the old filter. I added a 5 gallon internal filter to my established tank hoping to speed up the cycling. Will this make a difference?

Cycling without the seeded media could take as long as 4-8 weeks. With seeded media it will probably take around 2 weeks. The food should help.
