How Long It Takes Inch To Present Symptoms?

Hi, I have a fish in quarantine for the last 10 days (3 small size goldfish goldfish in a 50 gallons tank). Havent seen any signs of ich. However today I saw 2 small white dots in the fin. However it is already dark and even with the lights on I'm not completly sure if is ich, probably I'm going to wait until tomorrow to take some photos. But do you guys think it could be ich? In my experience when a fish has ich, it only take 3 or 4 days to show symptomps of ich, also I only saw one goldfish with the the white dots, the other 2 goldfish are looking fine.

Hi, I'm going to try to take pícture tomorrow, because right now is very dark and pics are not clear at all. Also forgot to say that the temperature is 70F and I always use new equipment in the quarantine tank

 

HI today watching closely in a small container I didnt saw any ich (maybe yesterday I didnt saw close enough). But here are some pics and a video so you can tell me your opinions. This friday is going to be 2 weeks (14 days) in quarantine and I haven't used any meds so far but I was planing to extend the quarantine for a week or 10 days more but I don't know what do yolu guys think.

 

Do you guys think this could be ich? Also I'm going to feed them with new life spectrum ick shield (just a tiny bit combined with his normal food), just to be safe (maybe is not ich) but before going for a medicine, also I feed them new life spectrum for goldfish so I think they are going to eat the pellets.
