How long do Convict Eggs take to hatch

Just found Convict eggs in my tank yesterday and wanted to know how long they usually take to hatch? Also I was told that convicts have a lot of fry but I only see maybe 20 eggs. is there only one fish per egg?

How soon should I take the fry out of the tank?

How do I care for my Convict Cichlid Fry

I just saw that my Con eggs hatched and now I have little wigglers that the mother has bunched in a corner. how long should I wait before taking them out?

I was planning on siphoning them out but should I try something else or is siphoning ok?

my grow out tank temp is about 76 is that ok for fry or should I get it higher?

It is very easy, as long as they are alone and you have some baby fish food then you should be fine, separate from others as they are dangerous to fry

 

Most cichlids take care of their babies. They'll even crush food up for them. If there are other fish in the tank you might have to move them cuz the mother will be very aggressive while the babies are growing
