How good is this light ACTUALLY?

I was told this is perfect for a reef tank, but I don't know if it's considered low medium or high lighting. It's a 48" marquis dual t5. This is all the info it really has beyond that

On what size tank do you have it? The intensity of the light depends on the height of the tank.

Honestly I don't know a whole lot about reeling as I'm new to it but I think it would somewhat depend on the bulbs you use. From what I have seen most people tend to use at least quads on a 55g. I've seen a lot of 6 tube fixtures with additional LED or MH lighting too. What corals are you wanting to grow? I'd imagine you'd be able to support soft corals.

I have mushrooms growing great under a cheap 10000k LED strip light, I have a new light on the way though that should be able to support LPS and SPS if I choose to.

I don't know what corals I want to grow. I'm trying to find out what corals I CAN grow. -_-

Well mushrooms would work for sure since they are not very demanding and will grow in shaded areas.
You should be fine with some soft corals with something like a 10000k and a 15000k bulb.
