How Fast Do These Plants Grow? ( Without Co2 And High Light)

I have java fern without Co2 and it grows incredibly slowly. I've had it 2 months or so and I don't think it's grown at all. Its roots have though.

I used to have tons of java fern ( grew very well with low lighting and no C02 ) until my guppies and platies ate them ALL up
Never replenished them

Sorry, I meant WATER WISTERIA, NOT JAVA FERN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I consider a fast growing plant to require trimming at least every two weeks. Medium, once a month. Slow, beyond once a month or not at all. Based on my experience:

Wisteria: fast, especially once it transitions to full aquatic.

Jungle val: medium, it'll hit the surface quick, then send out runners.

Amazon sword: slow, but it will grow fuller.

Java fern: slow growth and slow spread.

Dwarf sag: slow growth and medium spread.

I edited my post - I meant to write Water Wisteria grew fast but for some reason I typed Java Fern. Java Fern in my experience does not grow fast for me - but, my guppies and platies ate them as well so no more

I have Wisteria, Amazon Sword, and Java Fern under what could be called medium light. The Wisteria grows pretty quick, the Java Ferns and Amazon Sword are slower in growth but they have filled out a lot. I do use Flourish and Excel at the present time.

Will these come back or is it dying or melting away?

The leaves that are kind of wilted looking will probably not grow healthier. They look as if they're melting. It's very normal for a leaf that was establish prior to adding to a tank to die off. It's also very normal for a wisteria leaf to wither away if it was damaged in some way.

Give the Wisteria some time, the melt could be a result of adjusting to different water parameters.

It's going through aquatic transition. The leaves still appear to be broad and full, which means it was probably grown emersed. It'll lose the broad leaves and start putting out fine whispy type leaves. The lower portion will not likely regrow leaves, but can put out new branches.

Here's what wisteria will look like after it transitions to full aquatic.
