Im just curious for now. I was just wondering what all of your ways were, so I can figure out how I want to do it in the future.

Packaging? Box vs. paper envelope? What works best? Gets destroyed?
I probably wont ever be shipping in the winter so I wont need heat packs etc.

I’ve received plants in a priority mail box with the individual species wrapped in wet paper towel and inside of various sized plastic bags within the box. It worked well and all plants arrived from their cross country trip just fine.

Do you think a padded envelope would work? Or would they still get smashed/bent?

I would think some rigidity would be better, but you could probably get away with a padded envelope. More so with shorter mailing distances.

Yea there’s a market for them. I’ve seen some on here looking for them from time to time. Plants are nice because They are so easy compared to fish. If you have a lot and are looking to get into it, it may be worth joining an aquatic plant specific forum or something similar
