I say fl-ooh-vahl.

Reminds me of how I used to pronounce Seachem before I heard someone on a video pronounce it and it clicked what the name meant: see - shem.

Also reminds me of a joke where a couple was travelling to Kissimmee, Florida and they were arguing about the pronounciation of the town name. So much so that when they stopped at a fast food place for lunch, they ordered their meal and then asked explained to the cashier their argument and asked him to say the name of this place very slowly so that they could determine who was right. The cashier said very slowly "burrrrrggggerrrr kiiiinnnngggg".
