How Do I Upload Videos to the Video Section?

Sorry for what may be a silly question, but I'm stumped. I tried to upload a video in the vid section, but got an error message that it could only be in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, ,gif, .bmp, or .psd formats. These are photo formats, and my videos are in .MOV format from my phone. What do I do?

The videos have to be uploaded to a video sharing website first

I don't think you can upload videos here on FL. You can only link-embed them from other sites like youtube.

Thanks much...I guess I need to figure out what my password is to my YouTube account....haven't used it in a number of years.... Phooey.
