How do I upgrade from a 5 gallon to a 10 gallon?

I have a 5 gallon bucket tank (has fish, a heater, a sponge filter, some decorations and some plants). I bought a 10 gallon a while back and I want to move from the bucket tank to the 10 gallon tank.

(I was thinking about pouring/scooping the water and fish from the bucket into the tank, adding the sponge filter, heater, plants and the decorations)

How do I go about doing this?

The aquarium I bought also came with an HOB so how would I move the BB from the sponge filter to the HOB?

Could you add a picture? For your HOB question, I would add the sponge filter, and the HOB, and after 4-5 weeks, put the sponge filter out of the tank

Just move everything you can from the old tank to the new tank. You can completely rinse the gravel if you want to have a fresh clean start. just add dechlorinator to the water after you put the gravel back, or even add it to the bucket after the last rinse. Add the filter, don't clean it!, You can run both filters for a few months or permanently. Taking the sponge off the sponge filter and sticking it in the back of the HOB is also an option. You can add all the 5 gallon water but you dont need to add it all. just try to get the temperare the same, so you dont drop the fish into different temperature water. Be gentle with the fish, Dumping, Pouring, and Fish are not words that I like to hear in the same sentence.

And don't worry, I'm getting a proper stand for the tank

Alright so move everything over including the filter, and add water.

If I moved everything from the 5g bucket, including the water, to the 10g tank and then add 5gal of dechlorinated water, it would basically be a 50% water change. Would I still need to acclimate the fish

If you are using the same water sorce, and if you are carefull to match the temperature of the new water, then I dont think you need to acclimate the fish, in fact, It would be less stressfull not to. If you want to add the new water in slowly to give it time to circulate and make sure that the temperature is correct, that is a good idea.
