How do I reduce the flow in my internal filter for my betta

I just got my betta today and my tanks flow seems to be a bit much. Is there any way to reduce the flow.

It’s from a 6.8 gallon imagitarium frameless tank

Is there anyway to turn down the internal pump? I had a marineland portrait that had a outlet like that for the filter and I could turn it down and it helped. Or you could always try and put a plant in front of it, or try and turn the nozzle up towards the surface more. I've never seen it right in the middle of the tank like that.

So you could put a piece of foam on the power head thing to baffle Fluval® Edge Pre-Filter Sponge | fish Filter Media | PetSmart

Or, a tall piece of driftwood strategically placed in front of it.

I was also going to say foam and a big rock instead of the wood.
Foam is an amazing thing hahaha

Good ideas above. In my Daughters betta tank I used a cut piece of foam from an AquaClear to baffle the filter.

Somewhat unrelated... But is that a Java Fern in the back corner of the tank?
