How do i get rid of and prevent this algae to grow?

Hi i have this weard hard algae which is boilding up on my anubias. How do i remove it apart from rubbing it. What causes this algae?

You are asking the age old question. Algae growth is encouraged by light & nutrients.
The reduction of either factor, or both, is the usual remedy. The addition of algae eating fish or snails can be beneficial as well.

I recommend mystery snail. And maybe add some surface plants like water lettuce does not grow as fast as Amazon Frogbit but can handle getting it’s leaves wet and the roots look nicer.

Mystery snails are a great clean up crew and are actually pretty active. I have found the white Mystery snail to be the hardest worker. They do not breed that easily.
