Let's revive this page again haha

I know I'm new on here but here's a few things I'm a pro on (mostly other animals lol)

RobinIsACattto- Freshwater
1. General betta care (supplies, requirements, etc, just no IDing or diseases)
2. Basic nitrogen cycle stuff (nothing too in depth, more just supplies and how's my cycle going kinda stuff)
3. Basic/low tech plant reqs (not mineral reqs but, again, supplies, and no IDing; maybe deficiencies)

Other animals:
Hamsters- very much so a pro. I can deal with pretty much any issue ever.
Other rodents- I know generals, but not so much behavioral stuff or anything like that
Leopard geckos- basic reqs

Hopefully I'll update this more as I go as I'm still learning a lot but I'm very happy to help to the best of my ability!

Dave125g is an all around expert (as are the others, but they have their areas of extreme expertise as well).


I'm sure they will say "oh, I'm not THAT smart" but don't believe them. They, along with all of the people that have been mentioned so far, are some of the smartest and most aquarium-forward people I've ever met.

Who does Snails? Cichlids? I have always had African Cichlids but I'm no expert. I just have perfect water for 'em.

For snails I'd say Skavatar is your man.

A201 is great with African Cichlids.

I've seen a lot of info from Islandvic and Cichlidude on filter threads.

NC122606 knows his stuff about african butterfly fish.

Another for angels would be angelcraze. With that "the Big Three" angel peeps have been mentioned. (The people I see most anyway)

I've seen Mcasella and bizaliz3 giving great info about bristlenose genes and such.

Fanatic and Repolie are great with bettas.

emeraldking has a lot of informational posts on livebearers

Mike is obviously the expert to call if you find a bug in the system. Likely because he caused it

I better not see a humble parade marching through here if any of you feel I've overestimated you, you've taught me lots.

Really there's so many great names on this forum. The only problem I have with these kinds of threads is that my itty bitty brain can't list them all off. Too many have gone unnoticed for my liking....

My level of experience in the hobby pales next to most people on this thread though.
