How big should cherries be?

So the question is how big should RCS be prior to sale? I have hordes of shrimplettes that I'm going to be selling and just wanted to know how big I should let them get before I sell them off both in terms of what people would buy and how well they would handle shipping (if there is any difference).

I ship mine when they are 1/4-1/2 the size of the adults... They seem to ship better at the lower end... But don't ship til atleast 3 weeks old...

I've always shipped them when they are about 1/2 adult size also. Not quite old enough to sex but not so tiny that you have to squint to find them.

I'm just collecting so many at this point that I don't want to devote too much space to raising the little ones so the smaller they can get shipped out the better

The tiny ones ship pretty good also, the only issue I have is just feeling bad for selling them at that size since they are miniscule.

Yeah that was my concern as well. I know I'd be a little disappointed to buy a batch of cherry shrimp and get ones this little.

I've been shipping mine in different sizes from juviniles about a cm and a few berried females. I don't ship all adults. They turn blue much quicker even in 10 or so oz of water. I've shipped about 12-30 per bag so far.

Lol you're soaking up my market. Oh well this might end up being an aquabid auction for a batch of 100 anyway

Mine is almost definitely going to have to be a bulk order...my first collection attempt of the day got me 23 more shrimp. I have atleast 90 separated at this point. Probably be in the triple digits by the end of the day
