Just tested, my ammonia is 0, and both my nitrites and nitrates are sky high. How big of a water change do I need to do?

    You are cycling?
I would do a 25 - 5o percent water change if your nitrItes are over 2PPM, that stalls a cycle.

Yes, I am cycling. Do I treat new water with Prime like always?

    Thanks.

I don’t recall if you are doing fishless or fish in. If fish in - do like a 75% change, dose Prime for the full volume of the tank. If fishless - enough to bring nitrites down below 2 as mentioned above.

    Fishless :)

Did a 50 percent water change before I saw you comment, @Mom2some. 0 ammonia, 0.75 nitrites, and above 80 nitrates. Should I do another water change?
