How big is your king Betta

Wondering how big everyone's king Betta's are getting mine is at 4 inches long and 2 inches tall. So how big is yours it's a Betta measuring contest lol.

Mine still young i think. Eyball test has just the body at about 3" long.

Hmm, not sure how big mine is. Much bigger than my other bettas though

That's with tail and fins, right? Right..? Are you sure it's not a giant betta? "King bettas are often confused with Giant bettas. However, the King is generally the same size as a regular betta fish, whereas the Giant version can grow to measure four to six inches in length, truly earning its name." Yours sounds like the latter. I didn't know either of those existed :D

That's just head to base of fin. Was about half that size when we got him from Petco. We always try to save to at least 2 to 3 Betta's when we go there so sad seeing them in those little cups

You're saving individual bettas, but you're actually encouraging their bussiness model by constantly buying, so it's quite debatable whether that is overall good or bad for the larger population of bettas... Personally I believe that the way to figh fish abuse in shops is to only buy in places that provide proper care. I know this is off topic, but just food for your thoughts ;).

Personally I believe that the way to figh fish abuse in shops is to only buy in places that provide proper care. I know this is off topic, but just food for your thoughts ;).
You got a point there but where we live it's the only pet store or fish store in 100 miles so I'm kinda stuck
