How BIG Do They Get??

HI all-- I have been combing the web, and there is so much conflicting information. I want Silver Lyre-Tail Mollies. Some sites say they only get to be 2.5 to 3 inches, others say up to 5 inches. I want to calculate how many I can have, but if I don't know how big they actually get---
Any help please!?

 

Actually, it depends on the type of the molly. Some grow to 2.5 inches while some can grow to 5 inches. Which type are you planning to get?

 

Silver Lyre-tails

 

Silvers should only get about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long... Although if it is a platinum mislabeled as a silver it could get to 5 inches.

So to be safe figure 2 to 5 inches.. ;D

 

my female black mollies r 2 inch and my male molly is 1.5 inch long.
