In my experience, I have never EVER seen a Cory eat a live-bearer fry. I even saw a bronze accidentally suck one up and it sent it out it's gills.
Are species like callicthys, dianema, and hoplosternum the same way? I know they're related to cities and I'd love to get some, but I need to replace a few tanks with a larger one, therefore I need to add in live-bearers with them.

From experience, both Dianema and Hoplosternum will happily munch any fish small enough to get into their mouths, and the Hoplos have a bgger mouth so are more capable of this. Callichthys likely would as well.

I was afraid of that. Looks like they'll have to wait a bit
