I have two female honey gouramis in a 20 g divided. 1 Male is on the other side. I am going to introduce the whole lot to my other male and female honey gourami once I get the 75g set up. To have a total of 3 females and 2 males.

I Am concerned about this red spot above the gill on this new female. The two females aren’t best friends and it could be just an injury. However, wondering If this looks like a known disease to anyone?
Thanks so much!
EDIT: ammonia .25 nitrate 5 or 10

API - master test kit. Since I've only had the fish for about a week, I'm thinking that if it is ammonia, then its from another source.
These fish are a little stressed because I think they can tell the male is on the other side of the divider. The other female sounded like she was trying to jump over but kept hitting the lid. So maybe the stress combined is causing the redness.
I hope this is what it is because its easily fixed!
