Honey Gourami or Thick Lip Gourami?

So I went to my LFS and saw a “Red Honey Gourami” ,So my question is:
Is it a Red Honey Gourami it is it a Thick lip Gourami? (I confuse both species very often!)

Do you know any info on Thick lip Gouramis or their breeding behaviour? I can’t find anything online (especially breeding)
