Holes in leaves

    I've been dealing with holes in my water wisteria, to the point of the leaves falling off, and saw some holes in my cryptocorine wendtii too

    81 gallon 6' long tank
    2 canister filters, one with UV
    Eco-complete substrate
    Root tabs and liquid plant food
    I am also injecting CO2

    Plants:
    Water wisteria
    Cryptocorine wendtii green
    Dwarf hairgrass
    Java fern windelov

    Fish:
    3 clown loaches
    6 salt and pepper corys
    6 Cardinal tetras
    6 neon tetras
    6 ember tetras
    5 glow light tetras
    4 German blue Rams
    5 harlequin rasboras

    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 20
    pH 7.6
    Temp 82° room temp

    Are they pinholes on the wisteria? If you could post a picture that would be great too.

    They're not really pinholes, they're significantly bigger holes, looks like the leaves are almost rotting off, but maintaining their green color though

    There's also a layer of clear strings visible floating on the glass where the currents are from the filters and on the leaves of the wisteria and Java fern, not on the cryptcoryne though
    Not sure if it's algae starting or what but doesn't look normal
