She means since your rank is newbie you cannot mail her or anybody else, only Mike the administrator I believe until you have reached I think 30 posts as a safety caution due to bad spam type PM's previously. You can click on butterfly and see if you can email her if she doesn't have her email address hidden if you really need to, otherwise you can just post here.
