These are my kuhlis and cories. I've had the Khulis for about 3 years now and bought them all at the same time. I think I have 12 of these suckers. The cories are recent additions to my tank.

Here is another video that was taken last night. My GBR made a Cameo appearance. I seriously need to upgrade my recording apparatus

Carol....I love my Kuhlis too...I don't know about the other fish who are sleepy when lights are turned off and Kuhlis are bumping into them.

Kuhlis def have a great sense of smell. For me they come out nearly the second food hits the water.

there are different species of kuhlis loaches:

The ones I have are Black Kuhlis (Pangio oblonga) and Cinnamon Kuhlis (Pangio pangia) and they grow a maximum of 4 inches.

Other species of kuhlis are:

Pangio kuhli
Pangio myersi
Pangio malayana
Pangio alternans
Pangio anguillaris
Pangio cuneovirgata
Pangio semicincta
Pangio shelfordii

and the list goes on....

Over here Weather Loach aka Dojo Loach grow up to 12 inches and they are different from Kuhlis. They do look similar.

Naw, I do research on every fish I like, then I see if they are compatible with the other fish I like. I did a lot of research of Kuhlis and tried to find different species of Kuhlis near me, but the only ones they sell are black, cinnamon, and the stripes.

If you were to ask me about cichlids, I would have no clue about them.
