I know that the tank is overstocked, so no need to reprimand about it:)
it is a 55 gallon (standard)
i am helping my local fish store raise most of the fish in here to a larger size before he wants to sell them:)
    The Fish:
    1-Angel (male)
3- Blood Red parrots (the largest is a male and he is about the size of my hand; the others are juviniles)
1- Non-typical blood parrot( he/she is a juvinile and has more of a black and orange patchwork coloration)
1-Electric Blue Acai (not as aggresive as i thought he would be)
    2- juvinile convicts ( about 1.5" each)

Like i said, i know that i have a lot in here but they would be worse off at the petstore that i am holding them for. The tank gets thoroughly cleaned at least once a week, if not twice:) The petstore is simply over run with cichlids at the moment, but thankfully there is a guy in town that is a cichlid fanatic! He has multiple 500 gallon tanks in his house and breeds all different kinds of cichlids. :)
I will post some pictures later on in the day:)

are they all being kept within same tank?. Does the pet store run multiple systems/tanks or one large fish wall?

Being specific to each fish's required water parameters will ensure healthier longer living fishies. They would grow faster and be "happier". But with the standards of most fish vendors, many fish are acclimated or grown up in similar conditions to their future homes as opposed to their wild environments.

Nice to see you doing something nice for your LFS. Helps a lot to have people in the community that get excited about being fish keepers. good job.

Keep an eye on those convicts

whats the deal with the convicts if you don't mind me asking. Everyone that i know personally has had no problem with them. the Blue Acai on the other hand was taken back today because he tore up my Angel.
the petstore has multiple tank systems set up, but all these fish that i am taking care of for him were in with much larger Cichlids as well, such as three red devils (about 8 inches) and massive mbuna.
and this tank is probably only 100 gallons. so i told him i would take some of the smaller ones and sell them from home for him or just raise them until he got in a separate tank for them.
I was planning on keeping the Convicts so i am interested to hear what you have to say about them:)

Oh, and not sure if you knew this or not from your post, but the juvenile blood parrot with the black coloration well eventually turn all orange as he/she matures.

Convicts are mean IMO. I've been trying to move two out of my 75 mbuna tank ( was misled during purchase) and they are fast. The two have only really torn each other up and leave my labs and such for the most part alone. I would say my two are a lot more aggressive than my other fish. If anyone wanted to buy then though. . . They'd be cheap cause I just have a general dislike now. I'd trade. . . Probably for less of a value lol
