Hello, in my twenty gallon long tank I have 4 neon tetras 3 rummynose tetras, 3 Corys, 1 rainbow dwarf gourami.

my question is how can I make my Cory’s, and rainbow dwarf less shy(they hide whenever I come into the room).
And also I have two mystery snails.

Please post a picture of the tank and tell us how long you have the fish, both will enable the other users to help you. Right now your info isn't sufficient to help.

Subdued lighting, ample hardscape or plant scape, regular feeding intervals, coupled with patience and time, are all factors that will contribute towards a more relaxed
fish.

I haven't been able to get a photo of the rainbow dwarf gourami
I have had this tank since Saturday.

A brand new set up doesn't really translate to a stable environment.
The fish will likely be skittish until the nitrogen cycle is completed.
