Help with weather / golden loach with swim bladder

Hey, new here, was wondering if i could get some help regarding a weather loach (could be a golden loach, i confuse the two) with swim bladder issues. Its been floating around the top of the tank, although wriggling occasionally, and i have been unable to feed it fish flakes, peas, or anything. It also appears to have a cut on its side or skin irritation which is peeling (could be white spot, which i have treatment for). If anyone could help that would be good, seen people suggest epsom or something like that.

I'm afraid the Loach is suffering from something more serious than a constipation related swim bladder issue.
The problem is more likely some type of intestinal infection.
Once a fish becomes listless, refuses to eat & has trouble swimming the chances of recovery are slim.

Any recommendations as what to do? Would anti biotics help?

You might try Microbe Lift Artemiss. Petco sells it.
It's a botanical med w/ antibiotic properties. Probably a little easier on the Loach than some of the standard meds. Plenty of good on line reviews.

Thanks for your advice, i've ordered it. I'm using some tea tree based anti bacterial medication for his side which looks like a would. He is currently in a small quarantine tank and is finally eating, although i have to guide him to the food. He is managing to eat blood worms and spinach which i hope should clear him out. Fingers crossed!
