It looks as though your tank is near a window? If so, natural light is a big contributor to algae. Particularly sunny windows. Try putting an aquarium backdrop on the the side of the tank that faces the window and reducing the time your tank light is on. See if that helps.

The worst tank is actually by a wall but it does have a light the second tank is my window and it was blacked out at one point it’s still really bad

Algae and other plants will be influenced by light intensity, light duration, nutrients and CO2. Whenever those 4 are out of balance, problems can arise. Any tank near a window can have the side /sides that are exposed to the window covered permanently. using floating plants can decrease the light from above that reaches the tank. Don't keep your light on longer than 6 hours. The tank by the window needs no light fixture.

Are you fertilizing? How heavily stocked are the tanks. How much do you feed. How often and how much do you change the water? What is the nitrate concentration prior to your regular water change.? How long are the lights on for?
