Help with swim bladder

sillylittlefishey

One of my tetras in quarantine is swimming upside down. I suspect it's swim bladder. I haven't fed them since yesterday but what else can I do?

My other issue is I have a pearl gourami in there picking on that fish constantly bumping into him.

Should I remove the tetra? The only empty tanks I have are the critter keeper type tanks and it would not be cycled, filtered, or heated.

Or I could move the pearl to the display tank early. It currently has 3 pearls in it. I'm nervous cutting the QT early ... but these fish did come from the same place and I didn't have issues with the original pearls.

Debated getting a breeder box and put the tetra in it, but I'm not sure if I can get one tonight...

If you got a small plastic container around the house, rinse that off real good or like a plastic deli container you can poke holes in and can put some water in either of those and maybe float it keeping the tetra isolated.
