Help with my green tiger barbs!

I just relized tonight that my female green tiger barb is starting to put on a bit of a gut, its not very big and she has not been eating more then she usually does so is the gut eggs? With a green tiger barb there colour is to dark so see through em so I can't tell. Will I be able to tell if she startes eating more? Also I need a birthing tank FAST Any suggestions? All help with my fish welcome...and fast cauze I'm stressing out!! Also here is a few pics that I just croped for yas!! PLZ HELP!

 

what's her diet usually? she might be constipated - you could try feeding her a few small pieces of a thawed, frozen, peeled pea (about 50 sec in the microwave).

 

ill try that at the next feeding time if she is constipated after eating the pea how long will it take for the gut to go down? This way I know if she pregnat or not. Also is she does have eggs with her the pea will now hurt them will it?

 

oh yes and usual diet is flakes (well crushed) for colour and nutritional values and one weekly cut up bits of krill!

 

I'm not sure how fast peas work on the tiger barbs, but usually a day or 2 is enough to get a Betta good, unless the constipation is very extreme. Peas shouldn't be any harm to eggs. It's even a good food crushed for them when they're fry out swimming around.

 

well I missed the afternoon feeding time sister did it so ill give them to here in the morning!
