Help with electrical aquarium equipment

Hi, I am planning on getting:

29 Gallon Tank
Aquaclear 70 Filter
Tetra Whisper Air Pump for 40 Gallons
Aqueon Fluorescent Deluxe Full hood

All these equipment I am getting here in the United States. However, I will be moving to a different country soon which does not have any of these products. I only listed the electrical products because the I am moving to a country which has different voltages as here. I was wondering:

1. Is the equipment dual voltage (110 V - 240 V)?
2. If not, do I have to get an appropriate voltage converter?

Unfortunately, the country I am moving to doesn't have any of the same equipment or any "good" equipment as the ones here in the U.S. I'm moving to Malaysia and they don't really have the best commercial aquarium equipment.

 

I thought some of the nicest aquarium equipment could be had in nearby countries at the very least. Very fancy ones! You could take your own tank, but I've seen some beautiful tanks available in Asia that I only wish I could order

If you really wanted to though I suppose you could get a converter to use US equipment with 220V. Most electrical things aren't able to work at their best on a voltage they aren't designed for.
