My swords have black fuz growing on the edges of the leaves only and I looked it up and ot looks like black beard algae...

How can I get rid of it ? It's like glued onto the plant . I can't get it off .

I don't think that I've ever been completely free of BBA. I just manage to keep it under control. Keeping lighting and nutrients balanced, good circulation, removing any badly affected leaves or parts of leaves, and general dosing with Excel all seem to help a bit. My current tank is over a year old now, the BBA was worse when it was newer.
