help..seeded media

I finally got some seeded media from my lfs...looks like a big filter floss..how would I use it in my cycyling

got no room in it..lol..got my bio in it

 

Take one of your new bios out and put as much of the floss in as possible. Since you just recently put in new bio, the bio hasn't had enough time to build up bb like this floss has.

 

You could put it in a new pantyhose and put it near the filter intake it will be ugly for a while but it will cycle fast

 

well I got it Crammed in it after my foam and in between my bio's and on top..now what to do with the extra bag of bio..can I just drop it in the tank...so I don't lose it
