I need help with my water test. This test done @ 11am today (16 July). My interpretation of the colors: Ammonia- 0.25ppm, Nitrite 0 and Nitrate 10.0ppm. pH was 7.6. Am I reading Ammonia, Nitrite, & Nitrate correctly?

I also have trouble reading them, and when in doubt I always just assume that the result is something in between the two best color options. I think the ammonia is probably zero, nitrite zero, and nitrate ten ppm. But it is hard to tell through a picture so if anyone disagrees feel free to correct me.

Thanks, I think you’re right. I have a hard time with yellow to green, always seems like there is a greenish tint. Thanks again.

Yeah the API test kit is sometimes known to show a greenish tint when it’s truly zero. I think you’re good for now .
