Start it all up and see. We can make educated guesses, but the answer will be in your readings.

All you can do is find out. Honestly, we'd be talking for nothing if we speculated. If you're lucky, you got through it cleanly.
You can't go back, so go forward and observe.

Just keep going with the fishless cycle some of your cycle is in your gravels also. I might be a little set back but just keep going with it.

Maybe u can see if a pet store can test it for u? I know I one time had gravel sitting outside almost all dried out and rinsed it and put it in a tank and it got my cycle going really quick. It is at least worth keep going with the cycle you are on you never know.

A lot of Pond bacteria come in dried up form so it can be stored for up to 2 years. Unfortunately it's only the sludge eating bacteria called heterotrophic that can survive this.
Your true nitrifying bacteria called autotrophic died when they dried up.

I feel your pain...but, the dead bacteria stuck on your filter media will be perfect food for new ones to make it their home and will multiply quickly.

I have forgotten and left my filters unplugged overnight a number of times. Never had a problem I could notice with a water test. Pretty good chance you are just fine as long as some of the media remained wet. Minimal amount should remain on filter walls, substrate etc. You aren't starting completely over IMO. It will recover in a few days.
