Help needed to identify the problem with White Cloud Mountain Minnow. Photos attached

This is a one year old tank fully cycled. 0 ammonia 0 nitrite >10 Nitrate. 30% water change per week, temperature set to 18 degree celsius. Tank is 60 liter and only has 8 White Clouds in it. Fish has developed a bump on side which looks like pimple. Fish is active and eating fine but having problem staying above in water. I have also notice a white spot on its tail. Other fish in tank has no symptom. Please let me know if it going to be contagious. I have raised the temperature to 24. Please provide guidance, Thanks in advance.

Does it have a filter? In tank filter
Does it have a heater? Yes
What is the water temperature? 18 Degree Raised temperature to 26 after issue
What is the entire stocking of this tank? (Please list all fish and inverts.) 8 x White cloud mountain minnows

Maintenance
How often do you change the water? Weekly
How much of the water do you change? week to 10 days 30-50 %
What do you use to treat your water? Seachem Prime
Do you vacuum the substrate or just the water? Vacuum half of tank each time

Did you cycle your tank before adding fish? Yes
What do you use to test the water? API liquid Test Kit
What are your parameters? We need to know the exact numbers, not just “fine” or “safe”.

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: >5
pH: 7

Feeding
How often do you feed your fish? Once a day
How much do you feed your fish? 10 -15 big flakes or crushed pallets
What brand of food do you feed your fish? sera, general
Do you feed frozen or freeze-dried foods? No

Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish? over 12 moths
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? 3 days ago
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms? Fish has pimple like bump on side and also has 2 white dots on tail fin
Have you started any treatment for the illness? raised tank temperature to 26 Degree
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all?

From those 2 photos, I'm not sure if it's just me but they don't actually look like white cloud mountain minnows...

They are the golden variants of White Cloud Mountain Minnow.

The lump on that fish has healed but one other fish has developed the same lump now. Dosing Aquarium salt now.

Ah that's cool, I have never seen them before... Only the basic ones
