Help my Black Moor Baby - Scales coming off?Changing colour?

Hi all,

I have 3 beautiful fancy goldfish in a 70L tank and i'm quite concerned about my black moor.

He seems happy and is still swimming around, however, today i have noticed some of his scales are discoloured. He has some white dots which i thought were breeding tubercles.

I had recently had an infestation of brown algae but i have since removed that by doing a deep clean. Also, one of his eyes seems bigger than the other.

My tank parameters are
Ammonia -- 0.5 (Which i know is high, I'll do a water change if recommended)
Nitrate -- 0
Ph -- 7.5

Any advice would be much appreciated, i love them so much :(

I'm not sure about his scales but he definitely has popeye. Could you fill out the emergency template so we have more information? It's very strange that you have ammonia but 0 nitrates in such an overstocked tank. Is it a new tank? To me it seems like you might have overcleaned and crashed your cycle. I'm not experienced with medications, so hopefully another member could advise how to best treat popeye. In the meantime, I highly suggest doing a large WC of at least 50% asap to lower ammonia.

How did you cycle the tank before adding fish and what does your filter maintenance look like? You somehow have zero nitrates which suggests your tank is uncycled. This is also a very odd reading given your WC schedule and stocking.

some of the telescope eye fancy goldfish will have one big eye.

The eye is cloudy and very swollen. I don't think it's just the slightly larger eye of a telescope goldie.
