Good morning and Welcome to Fish Lore!

Here is some information on Blood Red Parrots that you may find helpful:

https://www.fishlore.com/aquariummagazine/feb09/br-parrot-cichlid.htm

These fish should only be kept with other non aggressive fish due to the deformity of their mouths. They cannot bite as other fish do. Too, I recommend that it have a buddy of its own kind. They love to pal around together.

When you have a moment, please complete your Aquarium Profile Information the best that you can. This information will aid others with their responses.

You can access the Profile by clicking on My Settings in the blue bar close to the top of the screen. In the drop down box, click on Edit Aquarium Info. Be sure to hit SAVE Changes at the bottom of the page when you are done.

Are you aware of the Aquairum Nitrogen Cycle? <--link underlined in blue. It is crucial to fish keeping.

Best of luck with your new tank. Please keep us posted on your progress.

I hope you enjoy the site.

I have a video of my Blood Red Parrots (Bloody Parrots) in my profile. Click on my blue name, then View Profile.

Welcome to FishLore!

Goldfish are coldwater fish (okay, technically temperate water) and should do fine in cooler water. So I suspect you are having a different problem with the goldfish. (Maybe ammonia posioning?)

But if you truely are lossing goldfish due to the tank water getting too cool, you will definitly have trouble with tropical fish which generally need a temperature somewhere between 70 & 80 (depending on the fish).

Hello,

I would look into getting some schooling fish like tetra's, maybe 8-10 buenos aires tetra, 4-8 cori's, angelfish are great, and so are rainbows. just make sure all readings are good. and chose your fish wisely. enjoy!

"silver shark"? if you are refferring to Bala sharks, they are active schooling fish that are 12" full-grown, and a school of them will not fit in a 75gal. If you were referring to Columbian shark, they need to be acclimated to saltwater over time, so if you decided to keep them you would need to make the entire tank brackish/saltwater.
The red-tail shark and the Bloody Parrot probably wouldn't get along.
Angelfish can eat tetras of they are too small or sick, so I would recommend getting tetras, danios, rasboras, and/or barbs that are 2.5"-5" and adding them first so they have time to grow and become comfortable in the tank before larger fish get added.
Also, I would get a Quarantine Tank (QT) so that as you are stocking you will not accidentally add a sick fish that gets the rest of your fish sick.
