Just got these GBRs on Friday and the lfs said that they were a male and female. Looking at them closer now, I think I have two females. Any advice?

Second one looks female to me, not too sure about the first. It's hard to tell when they're still so colourless but they should brighten up in a few days. If they do turn out to be 2 females you can either add a third (male) if you have the space or ask wherever you bought them if they'll exchange it for another one, hopefully male this time :)

You'll probably need to wait until there's more color, but if you need an easy way to sex them yourself, there's two major things you can look for.
#1. The black spot - On females, this will generally have some other colors glittering through it a bit, such as some blue scales. On the male, the black spot is solid with no interruptions.
#2. Females have a pinkish patch on their belly, which the males lack.

Inconclusive for me. They’ll need to get acclimated. What’s the temperature at?
