Help me pick new plants for my tank(s)!!

So I have this list, but I want to be sure I'm not doubling up on plants that look very similar or won't work in my tanks. Most of them are intended for my 45 (24" tall) but some will go in a 10 (12" depth) and a 15-tall (18" depth). The 45 has sand substrate with a T5NO dual-bulb fixture (low-moderate), the 10 and 15 both have T8 single bulb fixture (20" length) with gravel substrate.

Corkscrew vals
Variegated Bacopa
Banana plant (sm)
Water Sprite (Lace Leaf Fern)
Cryptocorynes Blassii
Giant Hygro
Brazilian pennywort
Cardamine
Aponogetons Ulvaceus
Moneywort

I'm wondering about the variegated bacopa and moneywort? I guess moneywort is also a bacopa? What's the difference between the two? Most info I'm finding on them says they are medium lighting but I know I've been told they do well in low light.

I'm also wondering about the pennywort and cardamine, are these as similar looking as they seem in pictures? Which is easier? Better?

Banana plants I'm getting just because they're cute, the crypt, hygro, aponogetons, water sprite, and vals are meant solely for my 45, the rest will mostly be divided between the 10 and 15 (with a few 'shorter' plants saved for the 45).

Any tips on these or recommendations for other plants is greatly appreciated! Currently, the 45 has a few corkscrew vals and watersprite, a couple broad leaf anubias, some windelov ferns, and some moss. The 10 and 15 both have tons of hornwort and moss with some duckweed. I'm wanting to get rid of a lot of the hornwort but need to replace it with something, so I might put some water sprite in the 15 also.

Any other 'bushy' plants that work well for fry cover? Both the 15 and 10 have guppies

Moneywort is Bacopa Monnieri. A few other similar-looking bacopas go by the same trade name in chain stores, though.

I think the plant list looks good overall. Hopefully your water sprite does well - it's such a pretty plant when it's happy.

I had a lot of it before and still have a small sprig trying to live but I have no idea what I did to it. I had so much that I was throwing some away, then it just 'disappeared'. I thought about getting wisteria instead since it looks very similar. Maybe it would be 'easier' to keep.

These plants would be coming from an Aquabid seller, so I'm pretty sure he knows what he has. Though his list did just say 'moneywort' and no scientific name.

Bacopa lenagera (variegated bacopa) is a lot larger than moneywort. The stems are much thicker and the leaves are bigger. It seems to grow much better above water than below. It's one that I stopped carrying in our greenhouse a while ago, but I still have a lot of stems growing around in there. Cardamine lyrata is another one that was touchy for me in emersed form, but I've not tried to put it in a tank as of yet.

I had cardamine in my tanks. It didn't adjust well and a lot of it eventually melted, however what survived was absolutely lovely.

So I should skip the bacopa and the cardamine then?

One thing I forgot to mention is that my water is very soft...I mean very soft. The last time I checked, the GH was I think 2 and KH was 6 or 7. The water in the other tanks isn't much better, but the 45 is the worst. pH generally runs around 6.0 - 6.6 in this tank.

Are any of these plants a strict 'no-go' with this setup?

The water in my greenhouse and in my tanks is the same way here. Most plants are fine.
