In the last 3 weeks I have lost two guppies. Neither showed extensive signs of disease, just subtle wasting (looking thin and swimming with a "hunch") and then death within a few days. The last guppy death was one week ago. My other two guppies show no signs of illness, and neither do any of my other fish. They are all active, happy, and seem to be eating normally. I noticed tonight though that my platy (Ladybug) has funny looking poop. The best way I can describe is slimy and a little cloudy with solid white chunks. Even after pooping there seems to still be some solid white very subtly protruding from her vent. I'm worried she has an internal parasite that may be what got the guppies but don't want to just dose the tank randomly without a clearer diagnosis. I examined all my other fish and all seem healthy. Ladybug is acting normally though she has seemed to be a little pudgy this past month. No "pineconing" at all though, and definitely not pregnant. Pics attached. Any idea what kind of parasite this might be and how to treat? I have API General Cure, Melafix, and Levamisole, but can make a trip to LFS if something else is needed.
Tank info: 20 gallons, is cycled, has been established since 2016. I have an API Master Liquid Test Kit and all parameters are normal. Temp 77. Moderately planted.
Along with the 1 platy I have:
4 Cory cats
2 neon tetra
2 glow light tetra
3 phantom red tetra
1 dwarf gourami
2 guppy
No recent food or environment changes. Newest fish were 3 months ago, which were guppies, dwarf gourami and platy. No signs of illness til the guppies mentioned above.
