Hi! I bought a betta fish some days ago and i just wanna know what exactly he is. I'm assuming he is a crowntail but he kinda looks like a combtail as well. I'm not all that experienced with identification so thanks a lot for helping me!

Crowntail. Just bought my son a crowntail last night. Our first one ever. Pretty interesting looking bettas (we've had mostly veiltail or halfmoon ones). Enjoy!

Thanks a lot! I'm happy to know I appropriately named him Aōji! (Japanese: Ao = Blue. Japanese ōji = Prince)

We got our first crowntail. Any specific issues related to them?
Well like all bettas, they can tear their fins and get fin rot/infections. I would watch out for any sharp decor or plants and maintain really good water quality. These are my first crowntails so I can't really compare my experience to my other bettas...well I do have a HMDT that I think has a crown or comb his tail and he has issues with biting and rot. His fins are huge though for his stocky body. The crowns seem to be getting around just fine!
